A ‘fuzzy water’ can be considered a fizzy soda, sparkling water, or a soft drink. If someone says fuzzy water, they simply have just forgot which words they were going to say and needed similar words to help fill in the blanks and not leave everyone clueless.

A fuzzy frenzy is when you get your friends drunk, go to a costume shop, by animal costumes and run around like maniacs.

Damn, we got drunk last night and I ended with a bear trying to hump me in my rabbit suit.. It was a fuzzy frenzy.
