1. An extremely annoying, inconsiderate person most commonly associated with people who have no idea how to modify their vehicle and render it useless by ruining the suspension and driving dynamics ie "stance" fad.

2. Generally millennials who believe the car scene should praise them for failing to make a road or track worthy car. Commonly found in mall parking lots performing a circle-jerk to cars that should be sent to a scrap yard.
