A weeb is an individual who values and has a strong like towards Japanese culture (primarily consisting of anime and manga). They shouldn't be confused with Weeaboos who have an obsession and typically have no shame...). Weebs are just ordinary people who like Japan and can appreciate its content and may have merch from their favorite shows.
