This means that the person is comfortable with all pronouns(they/he/she/it etc).
also, use them respectfully regardless of what the person presents as because gender identity ≠ pronouns
gender expression≠ pronouns

Also, it depends from person to person if they prefer neopronouns(eg. ze/zir) or not so its always good to ask before!
