A way to describe someone who has a sad face or throwing a tantrum. One can also use the term mockingly at someone by pulling an obviously fake 'sad' face and saying with a slight musical tone "poopy face" or "no poopy face"

The word can be used as a noun, "Tom has a poopy face" or as a verb, "Tom is being poopy face."
As a retort,
Dan: "Do you want to play xbox with me?"
Tom: "Not today.."
Dan: "awwww pleeaase"
Tom: "No poopy face..."
