Attempting to get at least 100 comments on one blog post. Usually the blogger is tagged to write an entry for the comment orgy and then, if the blogger achieves the goal, the blogger tags another. If the blogger does not reach 100 comments, the comment orgy dies and shame falls upon the blogger's house forever.

Jen won't be embarrassed because her comment orgy just hit 104 comments.

1. To delivery a substandard quality of product. An experiance that by most would be considered relatively ordinary, or extremely average.

2. A style or mood that is not enjoyable to anyone else. A poor swagga, see 'Swagga'.

A person who stands next to the road and begs you to spend money on a commercial venture. Commercial panhandlers usually wave large signs and can sometimes be seen wearing costumes.

"That intersection is particularly busy. They have six commercial panhandlers who work there."

"It's easy to find the tax place. They usually have a commercial panhandler out front dressed like the statue of liberty."
