That quick sudden urge, when you have been sitting in all day drinking coffee to go to the toilet. Usually hits you just when you really don't need it, like in the middle of a film or game.

"Shit! Quick Tarquin take the controls. I'm winning this round of call of duty but the coffee piss has just struck, don't get me killed too many times man."
