dialing while black

Unwanted cellular phone calls at odd times that are usually the result of an African-American caller who lacks phone ettiquette. They usually ask for someone in a terse tone or claim, or insist, that you called them first without identifying themselves. Caused by poor eyesight, dyslexia, confusion, given a false number at a club, etc. does not bother to save frequently called numbers into their cell phone contacts.

I got another "dialing while black" call on my personal cell phone. She claimed I called her first and when I told her my number she hung-up. Or, some obviously-impared black guy just called me asking for Sheniqua. I told him there was no Sheniqua here and he hung-up abruptly, another "dialing while black" call.

The black whole theory

When two or more people have a conversation that doesn’t end even though they all have better things to do (sleep, study, etc.) and don’t have the time to converse for that long. The conversation is usually very interesting or complete nonsense but captivating nonetheless.
