crust tossers are people who are lower on the evolutionary scale. They drive big trucks, and they are usually young men. They carry little Cesar’s pizza, and throw the crust at you. Crust tossers are creepy, and come with an unsettling vibe.

What the crust

A slang expression originating from crusty and is similar to "WTF," but instead of expressing anger or offense, it conveys a sense of being weirded out, confused, or surprised. Used when something is bizarre, unexpected, surprising or just plain odd.

Example 1:

Alan: Yesterday I saw a man walking around in just panties
Mats: Yo, what the crust man.

Example 2:

Jason: Have you heard the news?
Luke: No, what now?
Jason: Apparently some guy was sent to jail for shaving his pubic hair in public.

Luke: What the crust!

Sentence:

What the crust is what the man wanted to say when he saw his offensive clothing.

Crust

Crust is a term/slang that is used when something or a person is bad. Think of an soup that was left over 165 million years ago, when dinosaurs existed. Now imagine how that soup would be like. Lots of mold inside it, crust inside it, really disgusting orange and yellow stuff in the pan sticked to the pan. That's crust.
