Whisper Syndrome is a syndrome that means a person that skids someone's code, and calls them as a very hackerman coder, that person often doesn't know what coding language hes coding in maybe he dont know how to code syndrome is kicking hard you know, And often defined being Mentally ill or Mentally retarded. a person with a Whisper Syndrome is often with dementia or challenges everyone but leads to instant regret when the person sees the result, Hey kids dont get whisper syndrome!
