Someone who has a steady temperament without many highs or lows in general. They can stay calm cool and collected under times of excitement or stress. An alternative term for even-keeled.

OVER CHILL, is when one is chilling too hard, as in drinking too much to the point where one is going to pass out/blackout/throw up.
