A lipstick lucy is a girl who wears way too much makeup or is totally fake with her appearance. She is so fake to the point she is not attractive anymore.
The boys thought this one girl Kaylee was too much of a lipstick lucy and did not find her attractive at all. Kaylee no need to be a lipstick lucy with all the thick black eyeliner, fake spider eyelashes, and 2 inch long manicure. A more natural look is sometimes better.
