A real jerk. Someone so vile no one would help rescue out of a flooded ditch... just leave and let it ride.
That pain in the arse can stay in jail for a couple of weeks... I'm not bailing that ditch jockey out.

Diapers tossed out the windows of cars by traveling families too lazy or too redneck to toss it into a proper waste bin once they've stopped. Eventually, the stinky wad lands into the ditch to keep the roadkill company.
I got run off into the ditch and fell headlong into what must've been a ditch diaper. I thought I'd never get the stink off me.

Refers to the national term, ditch-which is to leave. Refers to the term miss-which is overlooking or passing up. Ditched-n-missed refers to dropping an ex-lover and moving forward to another just to aggaravate the past lover by not acknowledging him.

A cheap coat (forever 21, h&m, Burlington coat factory kind of coat) that a girl wears on a date that she is unsure about.
If the date sucks, the girl may leave said coat and pretend to go to the restroom while she's actually escaping the boring date.
To use the ditch coat:
Step 1: buy cheap coat
Step 2: go on date
Step 3: "go the bathroom" but leave your coat
Step 4: ditch the fool

Girl: I'll be right back, can you watch my coat?
Guy: sure!
(1 hour later)
Waitress: I need you to close out your tab
Guy: nah my girls coming back, she left her coat.
Waitress: she left an hour ago. That's a ditch coat.

The time after which it is socially acceptable to depart from a boring event or social obligation like a wedding reception, fundraiser, or birthday party.
I think it's about the ditching hour. The bouquet has been tossed, The bar is out of decent scotch, and Aunt Millie is falling down on the dance floor.
