The feeling you get when your foot is in the process of falling asleep or when it's coming out of sleep. Not to be confused with a leg buzz in which your whole leg including your foot is asleep.
1. I've been sitting here so long that I'm getting a foot buzz.
2. My leg was asleep. I tried shaking it and got a foot buzz. It's the longest foot buzz I've ever had.

Someone with limited co-ordination of their feet in a sporting context, usually whilst playing football (soccer). Inability to control the ball can lead to this insult being used, as will inaccurate wayward shooting and disgraceful yet clumsy scything tackles. Feet can also be unusually large or misshapen, like melons, or breeze blocks.
