A term used in dance when it’s wet to describe elbows that are not sharp and tense or in line and is used instead of the most common used phrase “drooped elbows”
In dance, arms and elbows have to follow a specific line. You can have certain positions like T where arms are out to the side horizontally in line with the shoulders. If the arms drop it ruins the T shape. In this example we use the position “broken T” as forearms are bent in towards the chest with fists meeting in the middle. Elbows need to stay in line and should not drop otherwise the T shape is lost.
