Get the Al Khayatmug. A guy who looks like a broke version of Al Pacino and is very rude to people like Tony Montana from Scarface, or someone who's just difficult to deal with.
A very angry man who sounds drowsy and loud comes into a doctor's office and he's wearing a white suit jacket and dress shoes and has a cane, and speaks very rudely when demanding attention. Everyone gets annoyed with him.
Man: "HELLO MY NAME IS JOHN, MY DOCTOR IS SOANDSO, I NEED THIS MEDICATION RIGHT NOW! DON'T YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND EENGLISH?!"
People at desk: *stare at him annoyed*: "Go back to the nurse's station."
They then start talking: "Wow he looks like a broke version of Al Pacino."
One of them responds as he leaves: " More like Al Crapino."
*Another person acting like a douche bag*
Frustrated person: "STOP BEING AN AL CRAPINO!"
