It can happen almost anywhere!
tipsy tinkling can happen:
in a parking garage
in a kfc next to the register
a shopping mall's food court
on a lawn
during rehab
on your father
in a bouncy bounce
in court
while undergoing conquest or territorial expansion
For the sake of discussion, let's say a smashed chick staggers off to some suburban lawn and proceeds to tipsy tinkle, causing a lasting stain. In this situation, the tipsy tinkler could likely be caught; facing embarrassment, prosecution, reality, and a "triple t." The tipsy tinkle victim, such as the owner of the plot of land that was pissed on, could and will likely throw a "triple t" or a "tipsy tinkle tantrum." Since the tipsy tinkler is relatively defenseless because they are wasted, they are confronted and eventually conquered.
