Based on the principle of Yin & Yang-Theory, Vovinam aka Việt-Võ-Đạo, has a wide range of techniques that include punching, kicking, escape- and levering as well as forms of wrestling, sword, staff, axe, folding fan, long stick, short stick, knife, sabre and others combat techniques. Self defense techniques cover defense against weaponless attacks and defense against attacks with knife or sword. Advanced students learn to combine the techniques and learn to defend themselves against armed opponents.

Whenever you're walking underneath a canopy of tree's and an Asian man jumps from a hidden limb, lands on top of u, then takes a massive dump on your neck, right before he cuts your head off.

My brother was jogging on a trail, in the state park, when he got Viet Cong Flapjacked while training for a 20k Ironman course in North Korea!!

Viet Kong Wipe

After a poop no matter how much wiping you do you can’t clear everything out. You know there’s more in the tunnel but you’re never able to reach it all.
