Self defense techniques cover defense against weaponless attacks and defense against attacks with knife or sword. Advanced students learn to combine the techniques and learn to defend themselves against armed opponents.

Whenever you're walking underneath a canopy of tree's and an Asian man jumps from a hidden limb, lands on top of u, then takes a massive dump on your neck, right before he cuts your head off.

My brother was jogging on a trail, in the state park, when he got Viet Cong Flapjacked while training for a 20k Ironman course in North Korea!!
