Functional Dump

All dumps are functional its just that only some are more functional than others. A truely functional dump is one of which there is no real experience because it is purley functional e.g. you are extremely busy and the your sphincter starts sending messages that a dump is imminent however you don't have the time to enjoy it so it is simply a quick sit and shit. There is no time to experience the ambience of the W.C. i.e the sights, sounds and smells. There is no time to enjoy the relief that comes from dropping the kids off

Sorry I can't stop to talk. I've just had to take functional dump 'cos I've got a shit load of stuff to do.

functionally insane

A completely unreasonable person who constantly reacts with anger or any other extreme emotion when they do not get their way often over simple things "normal" individuals take in stride, but not insane enough to be placed in a home (due to frequency of occurences) but still causes enough misery and grief for themselves and others around them.

Melissa made us all uncomfortable when she kicked the walls and struck herself repeatedly when she learned a check she wrote bounced at the bank. A simple error drove her into a rage and we all believe she is functionally insane.

functional dysfunctional

A person whom while able to minimally function in society, hold a job (at varying degrees of success), feed, clothe & house themselves still remain a disaster at nearly all other personal & social aspects of life.

They are your severely disturbed, paranoid and/or inappropriate coworkers, family & friends, yet remain gainfully employed, operate vehicles daily and manage to not starve to death.

Because of their multiple failed relationships and substance abuse charges, Brittney & Lindsey remain the poster children for the functional dysfunctional.
