a person, usually female, who is mean in a very dog-whistly way. also openly talks about you to her friends who she deems much "better" and "subtly" makes fun of you; no matter what your response is, it will be deemed laughable

Passive aggressive behavior designed to exclude another female from your friends, from the conversation, or just to make her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in general.

think of all the fake smiles followed by the eye-roll, or blatantly ignoring another girl to make it known she's unwanted - both behaviors are girl mean.
