an expression used to describe something terrible that has happened.

this is commonly used to describe basically anything which is bad as opposed to good! eg: small child falls of his or her bike! 'that was lassie and knives'. Term is used most commonly in the early hours of the morning after a large consumption of alcohol! Females with the initials J A W are most likely to use this term!

a loose cigarette purchased from a store. In NYC they cost 75 cents anywhere that still sells them because anything less and they'd make no money. Illegal but stores in the hood still sometimes carry them. Certain stores even have a codeword for them such as asking for "a piece of candy"

I'm dying for a cigarette but I'm broke. I guess I'll go get a loosie from that bodega.

Lampshade Lassie

A female who has a nice body, but the face of a Tijuana rat dog. Not able to look at her face, but still wanting to go rib deep on the gal, you take a lamp shade and place it atop her head, like a vet does to an wounded dog. Thus, giving her the Lampshade Lassie.
