Possibly a mixture of Jit, little and yang, all three words being related to the possible meaning of "youngster" or "kid". This is also sustained by how the barber says this whilst cutting the hair of a Kid.

The term jittletang refers to the sound a car makes when you rev it up. It’s also been used by YouTube rapper Bipple Yip Snip as a filler word in his songs made in another language called Baltimore-ese.

The jittletang of the car startled the unsuspecting pedestrians.
