Get the Froscar mug.“Fōsche” is a portmanteau of the phrase “for sure”. I use the word because it came out of my mouth one day and I really like the way it sounds; it’s a fancy way to take a break from the everyday “fer sherr” or “totes magotes”… and it’s so versatile! It can be used honestly or sarcastically.
“GIRL #1: ‘Girl. This dress is frickin fiiiii-yerrrr.’
GIRL #2: “OH. Fōsche.”
“Bissh we are fōsche getting tickets as soon as they go on sale.”
SARCASM: “foshe 🙄”

Get the Fōsche mug.Fmosoy stands for "Fool Me Once, Shame On You" Its used during texting. It means if you trick or manipulate me once, that's on you, but if it happens again, it's on me. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me"

Get the fmosoy mug.FMSCL is an acronym for Fuck My Stupid Chungus Life. It is used to express sorrow and annoyance when something unfortunate happens or is happening to the user. This is often seen in hyperbole, when the occurrence is consequential but not necessarily horrible. In sentence structure, it is normally put at the end of a sentence to emphasize the overall sentiment, typically followed by a considerable amount of elipses in text.
FMSCL may be seen shortened to FMCL, and is in fact derived simply from Fuck My Life. It can be traced back to it's etymological ancestor Big Chungus, a cornerstone cultural emblem of the late 2010s.

Get the FMSCL mug.In the novel of Simone de Beauvoir, Fosca is a man who is the only one who cannot die. However, he becomes unhappy because all his friends die and leave him. The Fosca effect is therefore the feeling of an old person when he or she outlives their friends and the other people around them also disappear. It is a mixture of melancholy, pride and the guilt of still being alive.
Why is your father so sad? It's the Fosca effect, another one of his school friends has died.
I really must write my memoirs. It's probably the Fosca effect: if I don't do it, who else will?
The Fosca effect is quite natural when you get very old.
