Verb. When you find yourself mumbling sensessly about random left field subjects for no real reason at all. The moment when you feel multiple random subjects are so pressing that you need to bring them all up at the same time during a group conversation and you cannot stop yourself from doing so. The Millenium school Dubai: is a school that is having an identity crisis. In their heart, the school is an indian school, but it tries to fit in with international and western style schools, but all the teachers are indian, so they carry the indian respect, supremacist, obedience, discipline style of teaching. The school tries to act like modern schools only so that they can charge extra fees.

It comes from the italian word "bimbominkia" (bimbo => baby; minchione => dumb).
Dumbaby means:
- that sort of teenager who go jumping around, ripping off his/her hair, screaming out loud at the concert of some freak guys who've just got famous thanks to some brand new freak song.
- he thinks he's so cool and skilled surfin' the internet with the father's brand new pc and trying to hack the world with some msn-account-freezing program or some oher stupid cheat.

dubai

Beautiful City located in the United Arab Emirates on the Persian Gulf. Currently, they have the world's largest indoor ski facility, third largest mall, some of the world's most beautiful architecture, tallest/best hotel on earth Burj al Arab hotel, and way more. Basically, the city went from desert to world city in 7 years, from 1999 to present day 2006. By 2008, they will have the world's largest: Theme park, tallest building (Burj Dubai), Mall. Also by 2008, they will have the world's only UNDERWATER hotel. In short, this city is amazing, regardless of the bias against the region.

I'm doing my Anthropology paper on the city of Dubai. There is nothing like it; it went from desert to world city in under 10 years!!
