Much like the word hangry it’s a combination of two words, (dramatic and drastic).
It’s specifically referring to an event or circumstance as both dramatic and drastic , ie “dramatically drastic”.
He recalled his dramastic escape from the fiery building.

Dramastic 

Usually a huge unexpected fuck up followed by lengthy, excuse filled drama. (Alcohol is usually always involved)
Victor missed the chair and hit the ground, spilling multiple beers and knocking a guitar over.
It was so dramastic; he tried to explain how the huge clusterfuck wasn’t his fault for hours.
