Get the a fucking burkemug. Possibly the most badass but also fucked up character in the Fallout universe. He tells your character to blow up the town of Megaton for a large sum of bottlecaps. He is a very evil man but does wear a finely tailored suit and a fitting hat.
Also he has his own house in Megaton but prefers to hang in his pad at Tenpenny Tower.
