When a "girl" gets pregnant too soon at 16, the girls mum is 32 and the grandmother is 48. The phenonomen, unfortunately for modern society at large, occurs in deprived and sometimes isolated areas of a nation where sexual education is low or non-existent. The consequences to the individual are massive. History repeats itself.
