Skenthing

Skenthing is a ancient practice of pelvic floor exercise that out dates the roman empire. It involves insertion of objects into the gorilla grip and performing a ritualistic dance. This dance involves switching back and forth between vigorous star jumps and peaceful tai chi movements. This practice is often passed down from mother to daughter in the early years of teenage-hood.

The purpose of skenthing is to maintain the ushy gushy-ness of someones vagina.
