S.A.D stands for in Solitude and Depressed, when you are going through these things don’t give up, try to handle it yourself first, then tell your friends/parents If it gets worse, if it gets even worse ask to go to a doctor and your doctor will tell you if u need a therapist or need to be on pills. Being S.A.D is not an act you do, it’s NOT a game at all. Being S.A.D is real, you don’t play with it. Being S.A.D will ingulf you if you don’t get help. So please get help if it’s bad. PLEASE DON’T KILL YOURSELF PLEASE.
