The equivalent of amazing. Has a somewhat sarcastic tone. When used with this meaning, the speaker would most likely sound excited as opposed to the usual monotone "oh I don't know. It's pretty good, I guess."

Basically when a girl suddenly changes into more of a 'girlie girl'. She starts focusing on her overall appearance. Churchies tend to use this term for girls that walk away because they prefer to fit in with the popular kids.

Person1: What's with Ashley? She hasn't been to service in weeks.
Person2: Oh, she got the pretty girl disease.
Person1: I knew she kicked her look up a knotch.

Pretty Girl Syndrome

when a girl is so attractive that she's used to getting attention from guys all the time. It causes her to never understand or appreciate genuine interaction with men and she finds herself surrounded by people who don't actually care about her. Meanwhile goodhearted men watch from a distance just wishing they had the opportunity to treat her right if only she just gave them the chance.

Mitch: I don't understand why Sydney is dating that asshole. She's so beautiful, she could get anyone she wanted
Aaron: She doesn't even realize it but she's got pretty girl syndrome

A term used by most to describe anything unfortunate, undesirable, foolish, or non-stimulating.

Example 1:

Guy 1 - "Hey, did you see the race on sunday?"
Guy 2 - "Yeah, nobody crashed the entire time. Pretty gay."

Example 2:

Girl 1 - "How was your date with Joshua on Saturday?"
Girl 2 - "It was pretty gay. He didn't make a move on me the whole night."
