Symptoms of MOAS

- Apologizing for things that do not need an apology.
- Apologizing excessively.

- Apologizing continuously even after the other person has accepted your apology
- Feelings of guilt for not meeting unrealistic expectations.
- Invalidating one’s own feelings / rationalizing them as insignificant.
- Self-Gaslighting

Person 1: Oh my god, I'm so sorry.
Person 2: You don't need to be sorry for that.

Person 2: Stop apologizing. You must have MOAS (Millennial Over-Apologizing Syndrome).

Moa is an amazing person with a kind personality, they're awkward at times but have lots of friends, Moa is very beautiful and in general the best person to be friends with, they usually enjoy listening to music and such like that, Moa is an intellegent being and is very chill person that enjoys peoples company and doesn't really enjoy being alone which may be found out that they might have autophobia the fear of being alone.
