To maliciously cut out a small part of a conversation (cut video, cropped screenshot) to make it look like a person said or did something they didn't. In other words, a specific type of no-context clip/image presented as proof and meant to mislead.

Noun/Adjective: Jobby, Scots English, meaning fecies or shite. Tan, referring to the pigmentation process of turning skin (in this case anything) from white to brown. Jobbytan usually refers to the state of ones underpants or as an insult and can commonly be used in friendly conversation.
