Term of endearment from one human being to another. Is offensive if a non human says it, ie. an animal or an alien.

"Hey my jiblet how you been?"
"Did you hear XENOXI say jiblet? thats just not right."

A non slur, and something to call any human person. But remember, don't throw this word around willy nilly. It's offensive.

Person 1: "Hey man, did you see what the mayor did yesterday?"
Person 2: "Yeah, that Jiblet."

Person 1: "I'm sorry i'm late for work."
Person 2: "You absolute Jiblet."
