An enemy or opponent that equally exhibits excellence, attractiveness or has an admirable quality to them.

A really attractive man or woman you dislike or find questionable in their actions would be a good example.
OR
Used in the context of being jealous or finding the person respectable still for their qualities that make the individual a strong opponent.

The person did steal my girl, but she seems a lot happier with him, even if he has fodacious vibes.

That person is fodacious, she may seem like a nice girl, smart, good-looking and all, but she's rude.

He may be against our campaign's platform, but Bernie Sanders really is one fodacious man.

hilarious or based (used mostly for people and animals)
can also mean that someone is obese to the point of being comical.

B- "Nicocado is the king of all fardacious people."
