Section 3. This Amendment shall be implemented in the spirit of kindness and positive expression, recognizing that the use of “:3” signifies an attempt to spread happiness and good cheer in communication.

Section 4. No laws, regulations, or interpretations shall contradict or undermine the spirit of this Amendment, which is to promote a culture of friendliness and appreciation among individuals.

3 train

7 Av express train that goes from New Lots Av in Brooklyn to Harlem-148 Street in Manhattan. Has a total of 34 stations and if you miss one, you have to wait 10 minutes for another one and sometimes takes eternity for the train to come. Got to thank the L train for stopping in the middle of nowhere and your day is ruined I guess??? The train sometimes go slow in my opinion.

3-FMA

3-FMA is 3-Fluoromethamphetamine. 3-FMA is an SNDRI (Serotonin Norepinephrine Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitor) similar to cocaine and indatraline, but 3-FMA is also an SNDRA (Serotonin Norepinephrine Dopamine Releasing Agent). So it's like a hybrid of indatraline antidepressant and stimulant effects with Amphetamine stimulant effects. The dose range of 3-FMA is 20mg to 35mg+ and it last 3 to 7+ hours.

A common phrase used to sarcastically refer to a small cohort of people for which one has a fondness, closeness, or endearment towards. The phrase intends to convey the smallness of the aforementioned group - the "3" is superfluous and really just there for comedic effect.
