Contrary to inner city ghettos, which are majority African American and have smaller groups of Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Italians, Polish people, Vietnamese people and Laotians and is majority democrat, rural ghettos consist of poor white Anglo Saxon Americans and is mostly republican.
