Supposed to mean pop corn an edible dry food cooked in oil, then was supposed to be a proof of payment to banks and sellers of services or goods and now it's a new screen window that pops up without the correct formatting and then requires a popup blocker application to prevent the system asking for money while the banking and financial services are not working. Also refers to a male grandparent. Not to be confused with bop, balance of payments. Aparently there's also a balloon pop and or tire popping activities.
