citizen maintenance

Having to fill out forms, make phone calls, go to offices, etc. for utilities, bills, services, etc.

I spent all morning at the DMV and then had to come home and try to get a hold of someone at the cable company to figure out why my service was shut off. I hate citizen maintenance!

Caitlin

Caitlin. She is a really sexy girl who can't stop singing, dancing or acting. You will often spot her dancing at random times for no odd reason at all. She is hard to get with but when you do get with her she is the best girlfriend you could ever ask for. She usually has ginger hair and beautiful green eyes with stunning lashes. She has big full lips which are totally kissable and anyone that does kiss her gets the best kiss of their life. She is more of a cat person than a dog person and loves the winter seasons. She is a great friend and often is easy to create inside jokes with. She is determined to do whatever she wants to and nothing that happens to her gets in her way of doing it. She is a great person to face time and she has a lot of friends! She is also very clever and usually gets above 90% in all her tests.
