Frequently panhandles and drinks exclusively to get drunk, never for the taste.

Look at that man standing on the corner holding a "why lie i need a beer" sign! He may look like a bum but he's a mathematical genius when calculating alcohol to dollar ratios, as well as a strategic drunk! Surely he will get wasted on no more than 5 dollars! He's a true budget binger!
