jot and tittle

Every minor detail. A jot is the horizontal mark on the letter "t", and a tittle is the dot above an "i" or a "j".

When writing cursive, these marks are made after the entire word is penned, sometimes causing one to overlook their placement.

Be sure to go over every jot and tittle.

Turtle head graffiti

another way of saying "skid marks". "Turtle head poking out" often refereed to as Needing to take a dump so bad that a lil pokes out. "Graffiti" represents the skid marks in one underwear via "turtle head".
