In the video game "Left 4 Dead", Catting is when somebody splits away from the team and runs for the saferoom. When somebody "Cats", they stop at nothing to make it to the saferoom. This includes disregarding fallen teammates, dodging Tanks, and hiding.
"We are getting swarmed back here! Save yourself and Cat it!"

Get the catmug. The existance of a person with no significant other, and no social life to any extent. This person's life consists of doilies, floral print, and the essential ingredient; cats. The catful person can only look forward to the love and devotion of their many cats. The cats will have names that represent the pitiable existance of their owner, such as "Sippy Cup"
