Show A Leg

A naval phrase meaning get out of your rack (bed). Derived from the days when women were allowed to accompany sailors to bed. If the privacy curtains were closed the order "show a leg" would instruct the person to put their leg outside the curtain so it could be determined if the person sleeping was a man (being a sailor) or his partner from the previous night.

The Chief inspected the sailor's berthing a noticed a rack with closed curtains and barked "Show a leg!". The sailor in the rack, who had overslept, quickly hopped out of his rack, threw on his uniform and spent the rest of the day cleaning heads.

Fairy Legs

A term used for somebody who skips going to the gym on leg day because their legs aren't strong enough to work-out and then continue with their daily life.

Tends to happen to people when they have to stand in line later or do other things with their legs that would normally be easy, but becomes a strenuous task after doing a leg work-out

Is another word for Jason or Kinny

Eric: "You coming to lift tomorrow"
Jason: "is it core day?"
Eric: "Nope, its gonna be leg day"
Jason: "I have to stand in line later so I don't think I'm gonna come"

The process in which one male applies a lubricant between his thighs, and another male proceeds to insert his penis, thereby allowing two men to emulate sexual intercourse without actually performing a gay act. Typically found in deep rural areas.

Sweep-the-leg

When you do whatever you have to do to win, short of cheating, but playing dirty.

This derives from the final fight of "Karate Kid" where the main character's leg is broken and the evil Sensai instructs his student to "Sweep the leg" out from under him to win.

If the pitcher wants to get past a good hitter in baseball and throws a fastball at his face, making him walk, and possibly taking him out for the rest of the game, that is an example of "Sweep-the-leg"
