Definition: "Central air conditioner" or "Central AC" is a term used to describe certain individuals who cross boundaries in terms of being overly affectionate. Specific behaviors include acting as a friend but displaying excessive intimacy, excessive care, and overly familiar gestures that appear to outsiders as crossing the line.
