A term used in the punk community, refers to basic white girls who aren’t particularly interesting. Usually are skinny with long blonde hair and wear a lot of makeup.

Guy: Did you see the new girl? Isn’t she hot?
Friend: Yeah, she’s just too much of a pop tart for me.
