A beaner rag is a used condom that is found in the dirt, a dumpster,etc.
Baner rags are manely used by the homeless or mexicans(beaners).

Paper or wax coated bag, usually in a tin box in womens restrooms, meant for the disposal of sanitary napkins, ie. (plugs, diapers, pads, tampons,jam sandwich, cooter plug, vampires tea bag, dirty red banana, bloody boat)Bags themselves can also be refered to as a bag lunch,(would you like your peanutbutter and jam sandwich)or a fish bomb, A Mc fish to go.

That rag bag had a big Mc fish in it.

That box was filled with dirty smelly cooter plugs.

I dropped that bag of dirty red bananas on the floor.

RAG week

RAG week - the RAG stands for 'Raising And Giving,' 'Raise A Grand,' or general funness depending on who you ask. Whatever it is, it is theoretically supposed to be about students raising money for charity in various creative ways, while having fun at the same time.

Increasingly, however, it is simply a week-long orgy of alcohol.

Damo: Doing anything for RAG week?
Bob: I'm gonna get totally pissed on Guinness and shrooms.
Damo: Sweet! What about you, Jack?
Jack: I'm thinking of doing a spinsored bungee jump and giving the money to Oxfam...Say, would you guys sponsor me.
Damo and Bob: No way! We need that money to get wasted!

Splooge Rag

A rag used for cleaning splooge off of oneself. Sometimes guys may splooge directly into the splooge rag to make clean up easier.

I keep my splooge rag under my bed so it's always there when I need to clean splooge off myself.
