Drinkberg: Noun. The chunk of ice in a glass that while drinking makes a sudden surge toward the mouth of the glass with such force as to cause the liquid to splash out of the glass onto the person's face and clothes.

A doppelgänger, but much, much smaller than the person they look like. As in, Peter Dinkledge from Game of Thrones proportions. Best used when referring to the long lost tiny twin of a defensive lineman, doorman, or other stereotypically large person.
