Sarah’s Sunshine

A bright, golden margarita with smooth tequila, fresh lime, and warm almond sweetness from amaretto—light, luminous, and deceptively strong.

Ingredients
• 2 oz blanco tequila
• 1 oz amaretto
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup

• Sugar rim

• Orange wheel garnish

Method:
1. Rim a rocks glass/coupe w sugar
2. Add tequila, amaretto, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake hard until well chilled.
4. Strain over fresh ice

5. Garnish and serve.
