The current crop of the Lame Stream Media, ie all the Obamedia, are the alleged news reporters that will only talk how the federal government will destroy the United States Constitution.

Rezident Obama calls MSLSD while their shows are on to tell them what to say and/or do. Thus, they are the LSM, the Lame Stream Media (LSM).

Media Baby

Some Florida yenta who takes her kids to soccer practice, votes conservative, supports the troops, always pays her taxes and sends her kids to some faggot ass catholic school. Everything from guns to cars to meat to drugs are considered the anti christ. They pray all day but just gossip about how much better they are than everyone else, eat kashi with evelyn and dotty ,go power walking with glow in the dark ski poles and believe everything priests, politicians, and journalists tell them. This commonly leads to bull shit women's lib protests about how people are offended by everything these days.

If you have a kid who has to wear a helmet on his bike, be in before sundown, not watch cartoons, have no girlfriends, dress identicaly at school, and be deprived of the world outside the flag waving jesus freak bubble you've created you're a no good scumbag Media Baby.

Media Personality

A modern term for the carefully formulated and overtly fake publicly displayed personality used by ‘celebrities’ who lack natural presentation talent.

Examples of a Media Personality can be found in the wake of reality TV shows like Big Brother and The Biggest Loser, they are also rife in what ever happens to be the latest media craze (cooking shows, gardening shows, selling as seen on TV products, etc...).

Media Geek

A Media Geek is a prosumer pseudo-hipster. He or she probably owns a Macbook, produces a podcast, makes highly rated Youtube videos, wears Threadless t-shirts, supports piracy and writes for PitchFork Media or the Village Voice. Unlike true geeks, Media Geeks can't programme, and although they may own ironic manga figurines or wear screen printed t-shirts from 70's TV shows, they don't actually watch anime or Open University science programmes.

The word "mediaopoly" merges the words "media" and "monopoly." Ben H. Bakdikian published his book called "The Media Monopoly" in 1983 . The "mediapoly" is comprised of a handful of corporations which buy independent media outlets, merges them into one conglomerate, dictates what is news, only hires journalists who do not question the system and suppresses independent or alternative ideas and points of view (Fabara, 2017). Whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg gave Bagdikian portions of the Pentagon Papers, a top-secret classified history of the Vietnam War, and he gave a copy of the documents to Senator Mike Gravel, who promptly read them into the Congressional Record (1971). In 1976, Bagdikian became dean of the graduate school of journalism at the University of California, Berkeley.

The "mediapoly" buys independent media outlets, merges them into a conglomerate, dictates what is news, manipulates, distorts, and ultimately controls reality, and only hires journalists who do not question and glorify the status-quo; thus covertly suppressing and censoring alternative ideas and points of view, and contradicting the freedom of speech the First Amendment grants America's taxpayers (Fabara, 2017). The mediaopoly is comprised of 7 media giants: Comcast, Walt Disney, Twenty-First Century Fox, Time Warner, Direct TV, CBS, Viacom (the last two separated in 2006).
