Usually through text message, email, message boards and chat/instant messaging platforms. 2nd. A person who emotionally feels superior based off their crammed and spelling capability. Literally will metaphorically drop what they are doing to correct, shame and/or demean another persons moment of grammatical error, or lack of education.
