whenever you kiss your boyfriend/girlfriend after they just put on chapstick and you get their chapstick on your lips thus moisturizing your lips for the rest of the day.

My boyfriend was wearing so much chapstick that when I kissed him, I got secondhand chapstick. My lips were moisturized the rest of the day.
